Operation Free The Flock is a series of campaigns and initiatives designed to put pressure on the Baltimore Ravens organization to do one of two things:
👉 Fire John Harbaugh
👉 Or finally deliver the Super Bowl this fanbase deserves
This is not just frustration—it’s accountability. The Ravens have wasted prime years of generational talent under Harbaugh. Operation Free The Flock is our organized response.
First Initiative: September 28th, Prime Time at the Bank
The campaign launches during the Ravens vs. Chiefs Sunday Night Football matchup on September 28th at M&T Bank Stadium. 📍
From 1PM–5PM, a mobile billboard will circle the stadium, making it clear to fans, the media, and the organization that it’s time to act. This is only the first step in Operation Free The Flock.
Roadmap of Pressure Campaigns
Our mission will roll out in escalating phases, combining visibility, persistence, and creativity:
- ✈️ Planes flying banners over M&T Bank Stadium during home games.
- 🪧 Billboards in high-traffic areas near the stadium and near the Ravens’ headquarters in Owings Mills (Under Armour Performance Center).
- 🎽 Merchandise & guerrilla marketing — fan-driven signs, shirts, and messaging inside the stadium.
- 📢 Coordinated fan actions in stadium sections and online to amplify the message.
- 📰 Media campaigns including:
- TV ads
- Radio spots
- Social media ads (targeted and viral campaigns)
How to Get Involved
This movement grows stronger with every fan who joins. Here’s how you can help:
